Winter season (01.12. - 01.04.)
Reservations and confirmations
• Reservation, which is made through the hotel reservation system is paid and confirmed immediately.
• For bookings, made by phone, fax, or mail a debit or credit card data is required to block an equivalent amount as a guarantee of the reservation. Also, to guarantee the reservation, the amount may be paid in cash or by bank transfer, after which the hotel should be notified.
• When booked by phone, fax, mail, without payment of any of the above ways, the hotel does not guarantee placement.
Cancellations
• For cancellation 30 days before arrival the full amount is recovered.
• For cancellation 15 days before arrival 50% of the amount are refunded .
• For cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, or no show, the amount is non-refundable.
• For New Years Eve, Christmas and December 8, cancellations are accepted 30 days before arrival.
Summer season (01.04. - 01.12.)
