Reception
At the reception you can get complete information about the hotel services, order taxi, or wake up calls, etc. On your request we can arrange your ski school, visit to the Royal Residence of Bystritsa, fishing, riding, cycling, hiking to signposted hiking trails with different difficulty levels with certified mountain guides, tours to Moussala peak, airport transfers, and others.
Тransfers
For the convenience of our guests, we provide organized transport for transfer from Sofia airport to Borovets and from the resort to the airport. We recommend that you book your transfer from the airport prior to your arrival. Price nformation is available at the web site Price section as well as at the How to get here/Transfers section. For additional information, please contact the reception at the hotel.
Payments
The hotel accepts major credit and debit cards, such as Мaestro, Мaster, Visa. Cash payments are accepted only in Bulgarian leva.
Currency exchange and ATMs
If you want to change money or withdraw cash from an ATM, please contact the hotel reception.
Messages and correspondence
During your absence we will take any messages for you at the reception. You can leave or get your personal correspondence from there.
Restaurant and lobby bar
The restaurant of the hotel is on the ground floor. It is open daily from 7.30 until 24.00. Breakfast is served between 7.30 – 10.00 am.
The lobby bar offers a cozy atmosphere and a variety of drinks and cocktails.

Spa centre
The spa centre is situated in the basement (floor -1). Here you can enjoy variety of treatments – different massages, swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi, solarium, fitness. It is open daily from 10:30 to 20:00. You can book and pay the services at the reception.
Outdoor and underground parking
The guests of the hotel can use free of charge outdoor above-ground parking. Underground parking is also available at an extra charge of 10 BGN for 24 hours, if there are vacant places.
Kids club
We will be happy if we give pleasure to our youngest guests in our children’s corner located in the lobby of the hotel. The access is free of charge.
Luggage room
If you want your luggage to be stored on the day of your departure or arrival, please contact the reception. The use of the luggage room is free of charge.
Ski wardrobe
The guests of the hotel can use the ski wardrobe free of charge. For more information, please contact the reception.

If you need a doctor, please contact the reception and we’ll provide for you medical services.
Internet
At the hotel at free of charge WI-FI Internet is available.
Laundry and ironing
If you need laundry and ironing, please contact the reception. You will have the service arranged, for an additional fee. You can get an iron from the reception.
Hairdryer
If you need a hairdryer you can get one from the reception.
Cleaning
The rooms are cleaned daily between 8.00 and 16.00. If you wish your room to be cleaned at a specific time please contact the reception. We’ll do our best to fulfill your desire.
Check-out
On the day of your departure we kindly ask you to check out until 12.00 PM. If you want to stay after this time please inform the reception in advance to find out whether there is such a possibility.
